Sea Duck Cottage are vacation homes in Maine that are available from March to November.
Is there A/C?
The Main House does not have central A/C…but you will NOT need it. Every window has screens – cross breeze is natural A/C. Ceiling fans and portable fans are also available. The Guest House DOES have a mini split and A/C. The Main House sunroom also has a mini split with A/C.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes! Dogs are welcome. We do have an additional fee since our cleaners must take extra time for allergy prone guests. Please no pets on the furniture or beds and do pick up after your dog. Thank you!
Is the beach nearby?
Yes! We have private access to the beach..so it is like having your own beach! Sandy and rocky and always a wonderful part of visiting the coast of Maine.
